via 10 Ways to Just Say No to Blog Awards
HI guys and gals, I stumbled on the above article that really made me chuckle. But I wanted to also pen down my thoughts on awards and nominations. First and foremost, thank you from the bottom of my heart to all those who have nominated me. It really gives me that motivation to keep on going. Next, I wanted to let everyone know that I will not be accepting nominations etc because of the #1 reason in the above article! I want to keep concentrating good content that keeps everyone entertained and enriched. Thank you all for the support and the best thing you can do for me if you enjoy the posts is to leave me a message/feedback on how I can do even better.

I used to get really flattered by these chain awards. Back when I was a blog noob. Got old quickly when bloggers who only peeped into mine just once started nominating me. It was all about stats. 😀

Thats a good and polite way to say “no thanks” to the blog awards. Most bloggers propose other bloggers for an award just to make their own blog more popular anyway. Best wishes, Dario from Nuremberg, Germany
